Position: Project Coordinator –Empowering economically marginalized Lebanese women (vocational training and job placement) Location: Sin el fil Nabba metn Salary: 1200 $ and NSSF registration Contract: yearly renewable Hours: 42 hours per week,   WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND KEY CONTACTS Reports to the Executive director   MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management and Monitoring Work with the project team to develop project plans, including full logical frameworks Support the Executive Director to implement adjustments to account  Reporting/data collection and work closely with field and address them Recruiting trainers and beneficiaries for the project Coordinate with the executive director to ensure the budget reflects current activity plans Assist and coordinate technical staff, Partners and field offices to implement project tracking tools Maintain an in-depth knowledge on donor policies and support field and Technical Unit staff to: Ensure that Partners’ responsibilities are tracked and evaluated, and that updates on their contract management performance are communicated in a timely and professional manner to appropriate stakeholders Maintain comprehensive electronic files for the project, and ensure project team and partners have access to relevant records Facilitate project coordination, information-sharing and guidance on donor rules to Ayadina and Partner’s project staff Supervise and complete special projects as assigned by the Project Director that may fall outside of this job description.   Partner Coordination In coordination with the project team, work with Partner’s staff to develop project documents including inception report, monitoring plans, contracts and activity plans Supervise and coordinate partnership processes.   Reporting Coordinate the production of all narrative reports from Partners, IRC project team and field offices, and provide feedback to improve product quality, accuracy, and style Ensure high quality, timely and coherent reporting, both financial and narrative Be responsible for submission of donor reports and information, communication of compliance questions or project challenges. Ensure that the project team and Partners are aware of all relevant DFID communication, changes in their regulations, and meetings or conferences.   PERSON SPECIFICATION   Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Masters level education in any related subject Excellent organisation, coordination and project management skills including budgeting and developing project management documents such as logical frameworks and monitoring tools Excellent written English including the ability to edit, synthesise information and produce high quality reports Experience and a good understanding regarding the donors expectations Proven ability to operate in a complex organisation, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills Excellent IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) Self motivated, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the organisation.
