Accountant & Admin Officer

Essential Duties Prepare daily, weekly and monthly journal entry Data entry of petty cash, checks, bank deposit and expenses Prepare documents to provide them for the auditor Receive banks voucher Analyze expenditure such as vehicles, mobiles, telephone costs…. Compute depreciation cost to identify yearly fixed assets value Register depreciation and assets values  Manage office supplies stock and place orders Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned Arrange travel and accommodations   Requirements Solid knowledge of office procedures Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude Attention to detail Excellent professional work standard Computer Literate – Excel essential Excellent communication skills internal and external
