INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization, an affiliate of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide and a member of INJAZ Al-Arab, with a mission to equip youth with the skills and mindset they need to become the entrepreneurs and business leaders stimulating their communities. INJAZ Lebanon is implementing a Social Innovation program as part of UNICEF Innovation Labs Network project, training Lebanese and refugee youth on setting-up innovative income generating projects that address challenges in their communities.
Trainer’s Responsibilities:
- Deliver the INJAZ Lebanon social innovation program that covers ideation, business development and interpersonal skills training to groups of 20 to 25 youth. Training duration per group is 36 hours organized in 3 weekly sessions of 3 hours daily over 1 month.
- Support closely youth teams in developing their project’s idea and business plan.
- Guide youth teams in developing an action plan and budget for their project’s implementation during the incubation and seed-funding phase.
- Communicate sessions’ progress to Project Manager and maintain participants’ attendance records.
Qualification and Experience:
Min. Bachelor Degree in business, finance or related field
Min. 2-3 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship or related fields.
Solid communication skills and participatory training skills.
Experience in running a startup or an SME is a plus.
