Bln Officer - Bekaa

Plan, coordinate, and manage daily BLN educational activities effectively.   ⁻ Supervise and monitor the quality of implementation of BLN courses of the teachers.⁻ Plan and implement education outreach activities: need analysis, focus group discussions, and any other outreach and field activities.⁻ Have a clear idea about education activities that other institutions working in the same area.⁻ Ensure timely and quality implementation of the project components, providing technical assistance as needed. -Ensure the establishment and implementation of operational work plans in the schools, setting clear targets and activity plans per school/programme site.⁻ Communicate the targets, programme objectives and activity plans clearly to the teachers, ensuring they are well understood.⁻ Develops and encourages new and innovative solutions.⁻ Work in close collaboration with the M&E Officer for data analysis.⁻ Responsible of maintaining the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).⁻ Report weekly & monthly on activities and results to BLN Coordinator and TVET Project Manager. OTHER REQUIREMENTS⁻ Languages: Arabic: Excellent English: Fluent French: Fluent.⁻ Excellent computer skills; knowledge of excel and other data entry programmes.⁻ An understanding of youth education programme.⁻ Strong organizational and team working skills.⁻ Good communication and interpersonal skills⁻ Good cultural awareness and sensitivity.⁻ Strong documentation, research and report writing skills.⁻ Knowledge of the NGO operations and the dynamics of the humanitarian sector.
