Social Workers - 6 Positions

Tasks & Responsibilities 1.    Promote and introduce the Nabad integrated approach to GBV services to institutions, centers, PHCs and individuals. 2.    Plan and conduct Gbv Awareness Sessions & SRHR sessions in community centers, ITS, SDC, PHC and collective shelters. 3.    Contribute and regularly update service mapping of service providers within the area of intervention to ensure that GBV caseworkers are informed of all relevant and available services. 4.    Safe identification and referral for beneficiaries to GBV case managers or SRH service providers., 5.    Identify opportunities for awareness raising, whether at a community center or other safe space.  7.    Organize focus group discussions on relevant information when needed. 8.    To identify protection concerns of young girls and women within the community they are working in 10.  Attend Nabad and other trainings when relevant training is available in coordination with Team leader/or Program Manager.  11.  Prepare, take-part and document meetings. 12.  Attend meetings with Program manager and/or Officer when such meetings are planned. 13.  Engage men and boys within the GBV- NABAD Program and promote Gender Equality.   Reporting: Monthly quantitative and detailed qualitative reports. Coordination meeting minutes Qualifications: University degree in Social Work or related fields (BA or Masters) Minimum 2 years in the field of social work. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Previous experience working with GBV survivors, previous experience working in MHPSS is a plus. Previous NGO experience is a plus. Adheres to ethical considerations and principles in regards to working with vulnerable populations.
