Major Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise TDH IT accountancy on regular basis (daily, weekly and monthly).
Manage the regular cash reconciliation and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Ensure efficiency in payments to provider, staff, consultants and partners.
Supervising, checking the filing of the related financial and administrative project documents: invoices, payment vouchers, bank documents, providers’ and staff contracts etc.
Support Project Manager and Procurement Officer in ensuring the compliance of procurement (invitation to bid, request for quotation, purchase requests and purchase orders) in accordance TDH IT and donor procurement guidelines and project budgets.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure effective administrative and financial planning.
Support the Project Manager in the allocation of resources (Financially)
Assist the Programme Administrator in responding to audit inquiries and requests for financial information.
Timely identify, inform and discuss any issues with the Programme Administrator/Project Manager.
Manage and Supervise the HR related issues (NSSF registration, Insurance, Contracts and leaves), support and update the HR Officer staffing and payroll.
To work closely and effectively with TDH IT Lebanon staff.
Contributes toward staff capacity building on administration.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
Degree/certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Minimum two years of experience with humanitarian organizations as a Finance Officer.
