Life Skills Officer - Saida

Main Duties and responsibilities The Life Skills officers will: Plan and implement Life skills field activities Supports the Vocational team in the outreach within the targeted area. Contribute to the development/revision of materials already developed Compile report on weekly and monthly basis as requested by project schedule Perform any other relevant duties as required. Prepare field reports Prepare and file relevant documents. Report weekly & monthly (or more often, if required) on activities and results. Work with the innovation officer supporting the implementation of Youth Led Initiatives Coordinate with the communication officer in order to properly document activities (Photos, small videos…) aligned with the donor’s requirements and communication guidelines. Assist in conducting and preparing regular mapping of relevant services being provided. Assist with planning work on weekly and monthly basis in accordance with work plan Perform any other relevant duties as required.  Knowledge, Skills & Personal Attributes: Languages:   Arabic: Excellent       English: Fluent     French: Fluent. Flexible, collaborative & adapt to changes. Team player. Results-driven, initiative-taker & eager to achieve success. Excellent computer skills; knowledge of excel and other data entry progammes. Mission driven and passionate about creating an impact. Strong organizational and team working skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Good cultural awareness and sensitivity. Strong documentation, research and report writing skills. Knowledge of the NGO operations and the dynamics of the humanitarian sector.
