Operation Officer

Under the supervision of the Administration and Operation Unit, the incumbent will:

• Undertake regular field visits to collective sites and routinely update site information in structured site profiles;
• Directly support implementation of trainings for projects; Supervise and evaluate activities and the field work;
• Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans per activities/trainings in direct coordination with Head of Unit and CEO;
• Assign tasks to staff members of allocated area of implementation and provide follow up and guidance;
• Facilitate the implementation of the project as per agreed on workplans.
• Provide technical support as needed;
• Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection and entry as/when required;
• Provide information and advice for the team, beneficiaries and walk ins on existing services;
• Collaborate with partners and other agencies when required; P
• lan, coordinate and facilitate in distribution of materials when needed;
• Support quality implementation of the activities through regular field visits;
• Ensure that data is accurately collected, entered, and shared on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
• Maintain records, reports problems or concerns to Head of Unit and CEO.
