MAIN OBJECTIVE OF POSITION Main purpose: Support the HR Director through delegated tasks and responsibilities in order to recruit future employees for medical and logistic positions in close collaboration with the other members of the recruitment team. Accountabilities: The responsibilities delegated to the recruiter will be dependent on the final needs of future activities, but general responsibilities of the position include: By request of and in close collaboration with the HR Director and the department leader develop, adjust and finalize job openings for the positions to open respecting the time lines for recruiting the different positions. Assess the best channels\ locations to open the different positions. Open the positions with regards to the time line of recruitment developed in line with the needs of each starting date. Pre-shortlist the candidates for the position with the selective criteria suggested by the HR Director. Plan the tests (individual or in groups) for the shortlisted candidates. Organize and conduct interviews with the candidates in close collaboration with the hiring manager\department leader. Establish the personal file of the selected candidate and draft the employment contract. Keep accurate and timely written record of all steps of the recruitment process and the relevant selection criteria. Experience: Essential Criteria: Previous experience of at least two years as a recruiter. Desirable Criteria: Experience in recruiting for a humanitarian organization (I) NGO, preferably in MSF.   Competences Excellent ability of assessing transversal competencies of candidates Very good knowledge of the HR market including recruitment channels in Lebanon Very good organizational and planning skills Very good communication skills – written and oral Good networking and relationship building capacity A good team player A strong interest in people
