Administrative Intern, Office Of The Head Of Mission

Job Purpose: The Administrative Intern works under the supervision of the INTERSOS Lebanon Head of Mission and is responsible for supporting INTERSOS activities and coordination team with assistant/secretary roletasks on a daily basis, assisting in following up and document drafting.   Generic Duties:   Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations: answering phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence maintaining diaries and arranging appointments typing, preparing and collating reports filing organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) managing databases prioritising workloads implementing new administrative procedures May perform a wide variety of paraprofessional, technical and clerical tasks during peak workload periods or in the absence of assigned personnel.      Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)   Professional Competencies: -      0-1 years of relevant work experience -      Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc..) -      Analytical and reporting skills   Behavioural competencies: -                     High confidentiality and respect. -                     Attention to details. -                     Planning and organizing. -                     Cultural awareness. -                     High degree of flexibility. -                     Excellent communication skills
