About Terre des hommes Lausanne Since its creation in 1960, the mission of Terre des hommes (Tdh) has been to come to the aid of children in need. It endeavors at all times to defend the rights of children, in times of war and natural disasters, or in less publicized situations of distress. Today, the Terre des hommes Foundation is a significant force among children’s aid organizations in Switzerland and throughout the world. Tdh has development projects and emergency relief programmes in more than 30 countries in two core areas: healthcare and child protection. Every year, Tdh offers sustainable solutions and a better future for over one million children and their relatives.   The data entry clerk will sign and adhere to Tdh’s Child protection policy. Data entry: - Ensure the data entry of the lists of beneficiaries - Ensure the recording of all distributions on proper excel tables - Design the questionnaires template for monitoring - Enter the monitoring data in a proper database - Produce graphs, charts and eligible analysis tables from the data entry - Support the storekeeper and other Tdh staff in data entry management - Respect the confidentiality principles Requirements: Excellent proficiency on MS Excel and other database softwares, Very organized and detail oriented profile, Openness to working with Palestinian, Lebanese and Syrian communities, Driver’s license, Communication skills, Fluent in Arabic, fluent in English (written, reading and writing)
