Administrator For First-Aid Training

Main Role The Administrator receives all external training requests, prepares proposals to the clients, allocates human and material resources to the training courses, follows-up for feedback, payment and certificates with the clients and maintains a database of trainers and courses. Operational Roles and Responsibilities Receive First-Aid Training requests from clients Prepare and send the relevant proposal Schedule First-Aid Sessions based on trainers' availability Request equipment for the booked sessions Follow up with trainers for reports (attendance lists, satisfaction forms, pictures) Prepare certificates/send them for printing. Follow up with clients for feedback, certificates and payment. Logs all first-aid training activities and maintains an Excel database of all courses and trainers Produces monthly, quarterly and yearly reports about First-Aid training Perform additional tasks as required by the line manager
