Chocolate Molding And Making Training

In partnership with UNICEF, AND is currently implementing a project aiming at raising awareness about Gender based violence while supporting survivors and advocating against GBV  , empowering duty bearers to realize the importance of fighting GBV, and provide a safe space for women and adolescent girls to actively participate in this process and voice their needs. 

The trainer must provide 1 chocolat molding and making workshop in EIN el Dahab 

The workshop consists of 10 hours training over three days period 

The main topics to be included in the training session/day shall be:

basics to chocolate molding and making 

what is a good chocolate mix 

Basics to decoration 

food safety

The trainer shall be responsible for the following deliverables.

Training Cycle Program
Training Curriculum  including theoretical and practical
Conduct pre and post test
Final Appraisal at the end of the training cycle.
