Service Development Coordinator

The service development coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all Mental Health Programme activities related to service development and organization. Responsibilities Coordinating the below: activities related to community-based service development including the integration of mental health into PHC, the development of community-based mental health teams and substance use service development in line with the national mental health and substance use strategy the development of a referral system linking all levels of care the adaptation and piloting of services capacity-building interventions for specialized health professionals and for professionals caring for vulnerable groups as identified in the national strategy and as per capacity-building plan set Contributing to the development of strategies and plans as per expertise area Deliverables Quarterly action plans and reports of activities   Minimum qualifications and professional experience: - University Degree: Master’s Degree in Public Health, experience in project management and coordination - 3 to 5 years of relevant job experience; - Excellent management, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills; conflict resolutions and problem-solving skills; flexibility in timing; cultural-sensitivity - Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficiency in Arabic and English; French is a plus
