The Executive Director should demonstrate competence in the following knowledge , skills: Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to non-profit organizations; Good knowledge and acquaintance of local policies and legislations relevant to NGOs as well as to human rights and citizenship values; Knowledge and empathy to the Syria crisis overall and to the Education Crisis of Syrian refugees in Lebanon in particular; Knowledge of human resources management Knowledge of financial management Knowledge of project management Leadership, Management Skills, expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, writing proposals etc..
