The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project coordinator in the planning, implementation, and follow-up of the education program, according to the strategy, proposal and plans in her/his allocated area.
Duties
Manage and implement delegated portfolio of Education projects (activities) according to strategy, proposal and plan, as delegated by project coordinator
Ensure implementation according to technical direction as determined by the education project coordinator, and ensure high technical quality of delegated project portfolio
Work in close coordination with other implementing partners in allocated area according to the guidelines of the program
Perform specific administrative operational/control tasks for project/program activities
Organize and allocate tasks and work processes for education staff in her/his allocated area
Supervise and follow-up education staff performance in her/his allocated area
Contribute proactively to Education strategy development by giving input on needs and gaps from relevant area
Develop periodic activity/project reports and other reporting as required by the project coordinator
Issue documents and reports for clearance by the education project coordinator
Facilitate, collect and report information regarding the overall situation of the refugee children and their families in the community, with specific attention paid to the targeted children and program objectives
Regularly update and share information related to education, utilizing data collection to identify gaps, assess trends, and design interventions
Ensure proper data processing and filing of all project documents
Supervise the Administrative Assistant for preparing purchase orders, accounting paperwork, and other tasks
Closely supervise, manage, and motivate the team in his/her area i.e. Field Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, Field Technical Support, Field Workers, Social Workers, Data Entry officers, Volunteers, Cleaner
Assist the M&E Officer in preparing data collection instruments
Represent CL at regional or national meetings as directed by the Project Coordinator
Participate in trainings and workshops as directed by the Project Coordinator
Manage the cash requests/expenses of the center through the organizational software
Liaise with the relevant persons to organize distribution and transportation
