Supports the follow up and monitoring processes for all PRS assistance projects and programs, including
Monitoring the implementation of the PRS Assistance work-plan and supports to the departments on Monitoring and evaluation plans for related projects/programs,
Working within the Programme Support Office and assists in the planning of monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian programmes;
Coordinating the production of reports and other information products to ensure fulfillment of external reporting requirements (including Activity Info, Inter-Agency Updates, and common funding appeals).
Support inter-agency representatives’ role on sectoral working groups in relation to emergency monitoring.
Support emergency appeal development.
Ensures that appropriate and proven monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are included into all departments' work plans and that the information is properly collected, analyzed and shared as planned;
Performs other duties as may be assigned.
