Health Officer

The Health Officer position is a full time job. S/he will be in charge of coordinating between PHCs and all suppliers, thus maintaining a correct application of the liturgy of the PHCs so as to offer beneficiaries the right services. Furthermore s/he will be keen on the implementation of the programs offered through daily supervision and monitoring.    Duties Coordinate with the PHC to monitor their performance. Conduct daily visits to supported facilities, for supervision, monitoring, data collection and feedback. Coordinate with the clinic focal point to ensure implementation of services including reproductive health, child health care and nutrition in addition to referring patients to specialized services. Closely work with the medical consultant to provide feedback on patients and support diagnostic tests. Follow-up on the implementation and management of the chronic care program for control of chronic diseases. Conduct outreach medical follow up or home visits as needed. Work closely with the Program Assistant to ensure all proper documents are available for payments at the clinics and mobile medical units. Coordinate with the area manager to ensure appropriate provision of medical donations including equipments and supplies. Collect weekly data. Provide all monthly data for reporting.
