Hr Assistant

Updating on a daily basis the hard copies of the Employee’s Files while following the filing guideline and ensuring that there are no missing documents in the files; Updating on a daily basis the soft copies of the Employees’ Files which should follow the same structure as the hard copies; Entering and updating basic start-up information on HR softwares as requested by the HR team; the applicant will have numerous data entry tasks and requirements Develop daily attendance reports and follow up on the Sign-in and Sign out of the employees; Follow up on the Signatures of managers regarding the HR documents and submit them to the HR Coordinator on time; Follow up on the Employees’ requests with regards to specific documents needed; the employee should directly provide employees with updates regarding this; Responsible for completing and filling HR forms used by the HR team with the National Social Security Agencies and the Ministry of Finance; Provide administrative support and clerical work regarding HR disciplines
