Facility Support Officer

The Facilities Support Officer is a member of the Operations team (Maintenance and IT) responsible for providing and maintaining the infrastructure needed for the proper operation of the three buildings.   Key Responsibilities:   To work as part of the Operations Team, providing support across the organization As part of the IT Team, work includes, but is not limited to: Activation / deactivation of internet connections Troubleshooting of internet-related issues Installation, configuration and maintenance of the company’s LAN infrastructure (cabling, WiFi, etc) Installation, configuration and maintenance of company’s telephone infrastructure IT support for computer-related issues: installation of applications, drivers, printers, etc As part of the maintenance team, work includes, but is not limited to: Daily inspection of company’s infrastructure (UPS, lighting, generators, plumbing and drainage systems, irrigation, AC, etc) Basic maintenance activities (lamps, cabling, etc) Supervision of subcontractors’ activities (AC, UPS, plumbing, generators, cleaning, etc) Participate in company-related events by supporting the organizing team: transport and installation of sound systems, roll-ups, booth, etc. Produce basic reporting on the progress and status of projects and activities ensuring that issues are escalated and managed as required Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Present a positive, professional image of the company with all tenants, customers and suppliers, internal and external
