Office Manager

  The job vacancy is in a company member in the Real Estate Syndicate Lebanon Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. • Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile accounts. • Manage company finances • Prepare quarterly Business Activity Statements • Process monthly payroll. • Manage staff superannuation, workers comp, insurance and legal' • Manage social media accounts • Manage the induction of new employees • Design company forms including payroll advice and personal leave forms • Assist with the production of marketing collateral • Assist with recruitment: write job ads, call applicants, interview candidates Qualification: • Bachelor degree required from a reputable university. • 3+ years of hands on administrative support experience • Proficiency in MS Office is a must • Presentable, 25 to 3o years old • Excellent communication skills — Excellent English written and verbal • Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills • Good research skills and attention to detail
