Technical Advisor- Program Quality

Job description summary: The CRS office in Lebanon is currently looking for a Technical Advisor – Program Quality (TA) who will work as part of a team fully dedicated to strengthening management systems and staff capacity of partner faith-based NGOs. Under the supervision of a Project Manager and in coordination with relevant technical experts, the TA will work on supporting partners to ensure quality standards in project design, proposal development, project implementation and reporting, with a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation, learning and accountability. In the same framework, the TA shall also plan and implement capacity building initiatives on program quality for partners’ staff. Competencies: CRS employees (1) serve with integrity; (2) model stewardship; (3) develop constructive relationships; (4) promote learning. Specific requirements: University degree; Excellent Arabic and English, including writing (French is a plus); Availability to travel abroad up to 30% of the working time; Minimum 4 years of past experience in the NGO field, and in NGO partnership and coordination more specifically; Experience in Capacity Strengthening – including training and coaching – and project implementation; Availability in 30 days.
