Referral System Coordinator

  Support MHPSS coordinator in the implementation of the referral system at area level, including through maintaining ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on referrals and act as a system navigator and point of contact for frontline staff to ask questions and raise challenges/concerns; Support OSO in ongoing mapping, identifying and utilizing community resources and identifying gaps in services; Organize briefing sessions on the MHPSS/P referral pilot to area staff; Oversee the case flow and inter-departmental referrals as well as the overall functioning of the referral system at area level, including monitoring and overseeing that referrals are addressed in a timely manner; Organize bilateral coaching sessions to focal points on the referral system; Organize peer to peer sessions between focal points as needed; Organize training sessions for new focal points (back up) on the referral system, with the support of relevant departments; Raise awareness on good safe identification and referral practices; Ensure logistical support to MHPSS activities in the area (eg trainings); Support the CAO, in holding regular coordination meetings at area level to review data and improve existing mechanisms; Ensure proper reporting, through existing and agreed mechanisms; Perform other tasks as required.
