1. Make sure that all team members are filling their Attendance sheet correctly
2. Send the attendance sheets of all team members to the HR department after validation with the direct supervisor
3. Fill the transportation and tracking sheet including all Annual leaves, sick leaves, and special occasions
4. Call potential candidates for 1st interview
5. Assist the Area Manager in the induction process of new recruits (presentation, policies and procedures, laptop, email, bank account, contracts etc.)
6. Conduct induction for Volunteers and interns
7. Identify new ways to gather a large number of volunteers in the locations when needed
8. Make sure that all interviewers filled the interview evaluation form and send it to the HR department
9. Make sure that all new recruits submitted their papers and send all the required papers to the HR department
10. Update pay slips on a monthly basis and send them to the HR department signed
11. Request work certificates from the HR department
12. Respond to the HR department inquiries
13. Data entry for all invoices and cash payments
14. Attend meetings with the Finance and Accounting when needed
15. Request quotations and comparative prices according to the financial procedure
16. Fill all data related to the payment slips (project, unit etc)
17. Responsible of the petty cash of the office
