HR MANAGER Zahle, Bekaa  WHO WE ARE Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is a private medical organization providing health care to populations in distress (e.g. victims of natural disasters, victims of conflict) without discrimination and with commitment to medical ethics, evidence-based medicine. MSF has a large scope of medical activities: from primary health care to tertiary care such as intensive care or reconstructive surgery. In addition, MSF is involved in operational research; e.g. antibiotic stewardship, non-communicable diseases or Ebola vaccine. To go further, have a look on our website: www.msf.org  WHERE WE WORK Worldwide, MSF works in 70 countries from Cambodia to Mexico passing through Iran, Yemen, Egypt or Nigeria, Greece, France as examples. In Lebanon, in collaboration with the MoHP, MSF is on process to open a pediatric unit (10 PICU beds & 20 step-down beds) at President Elias HARAOUI hospital in Zahle. The objective of this project is to reinforce access to emergencies care for the underserved communities.  WHAT WILL I DO? → Supervise/perform payroll procedures and process → Ensure recruitment is followed up properly in collaboration with the line managers and gaps are filled as fast as possible → Actively participate in the recruitment process in collaboration with the line managers → Prepare employment contracts in conformity with legal requirements including specific amendments when necessary in order to ensure local Labour and fiscal law compliance. → Enter data into the HR database and personal files and keep them up-to-date in order to facilitate HR processes management. → Draw up monthly pay slips for all staff, editing and updating the necessary data, in order to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of staff payroll. → Advice, support and analysis of needs in recruitment and HR development → Other challenging tasks according to the job description.  WHAT WE OFFER An attractive salary + various benefits, in accordance to MSF Salary Grid A challenging environment for intellectual and personal growth The opportunity to work in a well-known medical organization and within an international team The opportunity to work abroad A wide range of attractive trainings  WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO APPLY? Relevant Universitary Degree in HR management or administration. Master’s would be an asset A minimum progressive experience of 3-5 years within HR management. NGO experience would be a major asset Fluent in Arabic and in English both writing and speaking. French would be an asset Motivated to learn and progress Available to work full time in Zahle.
