Logistics Assistant - Tripoli

The Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting program activities through his/her services   Duties Receive all supplies delivered to warehouses and ensure that supplies are received in good condition Identify needs for equipment repair/service and contact repair service vendors Assist in following up on repairs of equipment and ensure timely delivery Maintain proper files of requisitions, quotations and purchase orders, as per policy Assist the Logistics Manager in collecting and compiling monthly logistics report Support the IT/Procurement department when required and upon the Logistics Manager request Monitor the regional warehouses, and ensure the transfer sheets are signed according to procedure Business Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and team working skills Good cultural awareness and sensitivity Highly approachable, trustworthy and confidential A strong administrative service orientation Good  problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure  Very Good English Language level Computer Skills Must be adept in use of MS Office applications
