Fundraising Officer

Main Role The fundraising officer – Regular donors - supports LRC’s overall effort to attract, recruit and retain regular individual donors.    Contribute to develop a framework, policy and strategies for LRC’s regular individual donor programme Develop, test and disseminate tools for LRC branches and volunteers to recruit and retain regular individual donors Designs and tests a database and tracking mechanisms for regular donor management Ensures that the regular donor database is up to date and properly managed Conducts research into best practices on regular donor management and proposes local adaptations of these practices that are aligned with the capacities of the LRC and the Lebanese context Supports branches in increasing the number of regular donors through training, on site coaching and evaluations Visits branches regularly to ensure compliance with national regular donor recruitment and retention policies Coordinates with LRC’s banking partner to facilitate the registration of regular donors Evaluates progress of the LRC’s regular donor programme through monthly, quarterly and yearly progress reports Attends and contributes to fundraising forums, trainings, seminars and promote and represent the organization
