Communication & Feedback Volunteers - Based In Bekaa

  Seeking Communication & Feedback Volunteers to support in the Back to School tasks, including outreach data management and consolidation of feedback received by the communities on those various communication channels.    Scope of work   Provide logistical and administrative support during the ALP registration and placement test days and outreach process Support the education section in school-based monitoring and assessment as needed Support the education section in monitoring partner projects as needed   to  support education section follow up  on the reasons of absence from attending certified education opportunities as needed   Write monthly reports progress and summarize statistics       Experience   Experience in managing hotlines, social media platforms for corporations or nonprofit organizations, used SMS communication in national-scale campaigns, etc. will be an added advantage; Be able to speak at least two of the following languages Arabic, English or French Be open-minded regarding different cultures, religions Knowledge on hotlines, Facebook Page management, knowledge management, is an advantage Must be computer literate and a meticulous record keeper.
