Field Workers

  The Palestine Children's Relief Fund is seeking 2 Full time  Field Workers based in the South and North, to work with medical cases in their respective areas. This position will work primarily in the field but will have access to our office and staff in Beirut as needed. The Field Worker is responsible for representing the organization on a local level, identifying and managing medical cases for treatment locally and abroad, supporting both humanitarian projects and medical missions, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and transparency with the local community. The requirements for this position are as follow: - Bachelor degree in social work, sociology, public health or any other related studies (preferred but not mandatory) - At least 3 years’ experience working in social work or other related fields (preferred but not mandatory) - Good command of the English and Arabic languages - Excellent verbal, presentation and listening communications skills - Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity - Reporting and documentation skills in both Arabic and English - Competent computer skills including but not limited to, the ability to operate Office programs and Google software (Gmail, Google drive, G+) - Effective member of the team; demonstrates creativity in seeking better ways to complete deliverables and promotes high standards and work ethics - Full driver's licence and car (preferrable but not mandatory)
