Operation Programme Assistant

Job Description:  Facilitating the technical working relationship with Regional MEHE and MOSA, the Impact Evaluation Company;  Providing inputs for improvement of the technical design of the pilot, based on its changing and emerging needs to the Operational Programme Manager;  Implementing the NLG and Winter programme annual work plan developed by the Beirut colleagues for use by all partners with timeframes and deadlines for key activities, and monitoring partner adherence to it;  Acting as the supervisor and coordinator of field work related to Registration, Card and PIN Distribution, Payments, etc. in his/her Governorate for both the NLG and Winter cash-based programmes;  Ensuring the good implementation of the guidelines and working plan provided by the Programme Specialist;  Making suggestions for updates to the NLG pilot operational manual and field guidelines, as well as the MIS, to the Operational Programme Manager;  Conducting ongoing operations analysis at the Governorate level, reporting any bottlenecks or delays to the Operational Programme Manager and Programme Specialist (Cash) in a timely fashion;  Keeping the NLG Operational Programme Manager and Programme Specialist (Cash) for the Winter Programme informed of risks and opportunities related to the pilot and winter programs, respectively. 2 years experience. Fluency in English and Arabic required. N.B: Project duration: 11 Months.
