HR Interns and Volunteers needed in shareQ NGO for our “Lebanon Employment Assistance Program” (LEAP) for Youth and Women funded by the US Embassy Small Grants Program.   Duration period: Minimum of 1 month up to 6 months Hours: Covering 60 hours a month, with a minimum of 3 hours a day (Times and Days will be discussed accordingly with the person of interest) shareQ office location: Baroud Center, Jeita, Keserwan   Internship Summary The main roles of the position will be; Support the shareQ team in connecting with NGOs in order to recruit new youth and women for our training programs Support the Training department during the ongoing LEAP trainings. Supporting the Recruitment department with matching and connecting to potential employers for the integration of the graduated trainees into the work force.   Requiremenets: HR or Social Work student or graduate Knowledge of the English and Arabic languages Previous NGO or recruitment experience is a plus   Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis and qualified candidates must apply as soon as possible.
