 Submit a detailed work plan for photography training  Coordinate with the adult institute project manager on the logistics and organisation of the workshops The trainer should conduct 3 trainings Each training consists 18 workshops  for 12 youth participants for a period of 6 weeks Engage in the design and implementation of the training  Draft and submit a pre-test and a post-evaluation test by the participants before and after the activities Upload attendance on weekly basis Submit a report identifying the challenges, lessons learned, and success stories after the end of each training Coach and support participants in three levels (basic, intermediate, and advanced) to learn how to use the professional cameras for shooting indoors and outdoors
