Search for Common Ground Background Search for Common Ground (Search) is a non-governmental organization working to transform the way societies deal with conflicts. We have acquired over 30 years of experience in peacebuilding and are based in 53 local offices worldwide. Search first worked in Lebanon in 1996, and we opened up our office in Beirut in 2008. Since then, our activities and capacities have grown significantly. We rely on local staff as well as local partner organisations in order to ensure our work is culturally sensitive, sustainable and well grounded in the Lebanese context. Responsibilities Search is looking for experienced graphic designers to support in delivering graphic identity and branding tasks related to Search’s work in Lebanon and in-line with our branding guidelines. Search invites all interested and qualified candidates to submit their CVs, portfolio together with a completed fees/price list. Some of the services may include the following designing tasks: - Project logo - Brochures - Banners - Branded items (Caps, t-shirts, etc.) - Reports design - Others   Requirements and Qualifications -Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience -Ensure that the print and digital publications meet Search’s quality standards and are in line with Search guidelines. -Familiarity with rules and regulations of international donors is an advantage. - Flexibility and responsiveness in collaborating with Search team in finalising products. -Proven ability to deliver quality designs on time. - Creative mind with ideas that are relevant to the project’s objectives - Spoken and written fluency in Arabic and English. - Strong oral and written communications skills. - Cultural sensitivity and adaptability. - Proficiency in Adobe softwares and various design softwares - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
