Social Worker (Repost)

Monitor the implementation of the project educational activities by the local partner in accordance with the instructions provided by the Education Coordinator and the Project Manager Establish and maintain a weekly and monthly work plan which will include monitoring visits to the local partner activities on a weekly basis  Assist and follow up on the enrollment of out of school children on ALP programme, Lebanese and UNRWA schools.  Facilitate daily communications between TdH-It and the local partner NGOs, local communities and municipalities according to the PM indications, and in line with TdH-it’s education project strategy.  Participate in the planning of the education activities, including focus groups, awareness sessions, trainings, and others; in cooperation with the Education Coordinator.  Manage logistics processes to procure, store and distribute stocks, supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives.  Ensure the collection of data and sources of verification (hard and soft copies)  Assist in the preparation and the implementation of needs and vulnerability assessments;  Participate in the internal referral structure of TdH It.  Assist the programme management in translating documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, when required by the conduction of the activities. Promote the work of TdH It and the local partner and, when needed, contribute to the preparation of relevant documents (including brochures, information notes, information board updates) for target communities.   Experience required: 1 to 2 years’ experience.  Driving License will be an asset.  Deep knowledge of the context of the Palestinian Camps of South Lebanon will be considered an asset.  Fluent in Arabic (Speaking, reading and writing), Good English
