Project Manager Of Outreach

Job purpose The Project Manager of Outreach handles the projects of an organization to ensure that they are in line with the stated goals of their organization. He/ she provides quality control for their organization's programs through handling Field staff and organizing the outreach activities. The Project Manager of Outreach works closely to carry out an organization’s mission, coordinating objectives, strategies, and goals to manage efficient, well-run projects that have high impact on the communities and the programs targets. Duties and responsibilities The Project Manager of Outreach duties and responsibilities include the following: 1- Project Management Tasks He/ she handles the projects of an organization to ensure that they are in line with the stated goals of the organization. He/she has relationships with field staff and communicate with upper management and often collaborating on projects and evaluating programs. He/ she ensures that the organization’s activities taking place in the community are supporting the organization’s mission to their best extent. He/ she provides necessary services in quantity and quality that make a difference to the community his/ her organization serves. 2- Community Outreach Tasks He/ she works with the community to establish community outreach programs. He/ she is responsible for designing, planning and implementing outreach activities in different regions of Lebanon, as well as supervising outreach teams and communicating with organizations involved in education as well as other stakeholders from Ana Aqra, communities and schools. Raise awareness of the community on the available national educational programs and the services that the organization provides to the children. Recruit volunteers and assign field Officers and community mobilizers to work in different regions of Lebanon in order to achieve desired results. Support other project managers in their search for learning spaces, teachers, target beneficiaries. Support the process of engaging parents in designed activities of many projects. Make sure that desired outcomes are in line with the motives of Ana Aqra’ mission and vision. Work with other members of the organization in support of goals. Work closely and interacts extensively within an organization and directly with the community he/ she serves. Qualifications Mature and effective interpersonal communication skills are an absolute must, along with the ability to effectively solve problems, and communicate potential solutions and be extremely detail oriented as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. A well-developed leadership ability and strong management skills. A trustful person who highly value and practice confidentiality and protection of beneficiaries. Strong organizational and time-management. Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate problems and potential solutions.  Three to five years of experience is preferred in areas of management or nonprofit administration. Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects;
