Context:
ALLC International House Beirut is looking for a Field Officer to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of a Remedial Support Program in public schools in Aley. The Field Officer will work closely with the Lead Administrator and Academic Management at the headquarters in Sin El-Fil.
Tasks:
Communicate with public school principals, teachers and parents
Visit public schools in which the program is being implemented to ensure that ALLC IH’s procedures, approaches and values are being complied with
Help in monitoring and evaluation
Schedule and prepare for headquarters team members meetings and field visits
Follow up with transportation and food companies
Provide administrative support to teachers and academic management team
Report to the Lead Administrator in terms of weekly data, problems encountered or envisaged discrepancies
Conduct awareness sessions, as requested
Perform other duties as required or assigned
Ideal Profile:
Previous field experience, with an NGO is preferred
Excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
Fluent in French and Arabic, English is an asset
Proficient at using Excel and Word
Enthusiastic team player

Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
