Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader (TL/DTL) قائد الفريق/مساعد قائد الفريق     

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the TL/DTL shall: The TL will be responsible of 5 members of the team (This may change at the request of the Site Supervisor)

1. The DTL will be responsible of 4 members of the team (This may change at the request of the Site Supervisor)

2.  Ensure adherence to the LAMINDA SOP by all members of the team that is assigned to them.

3.  Control the discipline of the team members that is assigned to them.

4.  Deploy the team in accordance with the Site Supervisors instructions.

5.  Provide logistical information to the Site Supervisor concerning the team's equipment and requirements.

6.  Report the team attendance to the Site Supervisor.

7.  Physically check the cleared area of the mine clearance task every morning prior to start of work.

8.  Support CASEVAC exercises planned by the MC and TA/FOO.
