Administrative And Accounting Assistant

Your duties: Handling of accounting system including questions related to NSSF and Ministry of Finance. Calculating and declaring  salaries & allowances/fees to the concerned authorities Secretary work ( especially answering calls and forwarding them accordingly , maintains and updates a list of contacts and addresses, correspondence, refreshment of visitors) including filing  system Organizes insurance for project car, follow up car log book and – if necessary – on potential damages Translation of documents Assisting in purchasing of equipment Assisting in issues related to residence permits Assisting  in updating Webpage of KAS Lebanon Performs other duties and tasks as requested by management Assisting in Event Management (planning logistics, implementing and documenting meetings, workshops, seminars and other events)   Your profile: Minimum Bac + 3 in financial and administrative sector and at least 4 years working experience Very good command of English and Arabic language; good knowledge of French and/or German language is desirable Conceptual and social skills, willingness to work independently, good teamwork and IT skills   We offer: A collaboration in a dedicated and flexible international team A full-time contract according to Lebanese rules A remuneration appropriate to the work assignment   Interested candidates who fulfill the above mentioned criteria are invited to submit applications (motivation letter and CV including  references) by October 9, 2016 at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, 23 Benoît Barakat St, Jabre Building, Badaro – Beirut or send through E-mail to Mrs. Hana Nasser: info.beirut@kas.de   For more information about the vacancy and detailed job description: Phone     +961 (0)1 388 095/6 Fax          +961 (0)1 388 097 info.beirut@kas.de
