Data Entry Validator / Quality Control (for Ante-Mortem/Post-Mortem Database) 　 Minimum required knowledge & experience　 BA degree (preferably in Forensics, Biology, or related field)　 2 years work experience in a similar field　 Very good command of written and spoken Arabic and English　 Very good computer skills　 Detail oriented　 Good analytical and communication skills　 Responsibilities and tasks:　 Under the Supervision of the Database Manager:　 o Thoroughly checks the quality of the data entered in the Database by other Data Entry operators and documents the remarks in the quality control excel sheet.　 o Checks the quality of the Ante Disappearance Data questionnaires and follows up with the Data Collectors for further enquiries.　 o Checks the internal documents and updates them (Notes to the Files and Addendums).　 o Enters the data collected following interviews with families of missing persons into the AMPM DB. 　 o Updates the data entered according to the current standard operating procedures.　 o Assists in the management of individual paper files and reporting requirements　 o Participates in team meetings towards the improvement of the Program projects.　 o Can be requested to help the Missing and/or Forensic team in several programs and tasks and in field activities.　 o The data entered will be in in formal Arabic language so a good background in Arabic language is preferred.　 o The data entered includes information about personal, physical, medical and dental features of the missing persons so a background in Forensics, Biology or relevant field is preferred.　 　 Working base: Beirut 　 Deadline to apply: September 22nd 2016
