Our ultimate mission is to empower Lebanese citizens - through improving their socioeconomic status, healthcare provisions, and environmental awareness, and by encouraging their quest for education - thereby enabling them to independently develop and progress their local communities, and to subsequently enhance the country’s civil society on a national scale.     Job Overview/Summary:  The MF Vocational Training programme is seeking a Part time accounting instructor. Under the supervision of the Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the good implementation of the project in Baalbek area. Major Responsibilities: The accounting instructor position’s major objectives are to properly achieve the following tasks: Plan, organize, and provide instruction in English / Arabic Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the appropriate content area Assists and advises students who have problems with assignments, tests, grades, course content, career concerns, and other matters. Report weekly on activities. Qualifications: A graduate degree Business, Accounting or related field; Minimum 1 year professional work experience in education, humanitarian/ development work, livelihood; Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in education field High-level communications and people skills; Excellent writing and communication skills
