Conduct Quantitative (through assessments) and Qualitative (through Focus Group Discussions and field visits) monitoring for the CFE component of the Program
Analyze and compile data to measure the progress and impact of the projects’ activities in relation to the CFE component.
Assist in the follow up on the CFE indicators from the Monitoring perspective in alignment with the proposal with the appropriate reporting justification accordingly
Ensure consistent and regular monitoring of Homework support groups and school attendance (when applicable) for the CFE component
Assist in the development of samples accordingly for the needed monitoring assessments for the Project
Assist in leading on the conducting of a baseline questionnaire for the targeted beneficiaries (organize and coordinate logistics and operational guidelines and manage teams on the field)
Assist in organizing and conducting follow up assessments (PDM Questionnaires) for the CFE assistance with the identified families by establishing the needed operational and logistical requirements prior to assessment
Assist in ensuring technical set up of surveys (coding)
Assist in ensuring accurate data collection of the Household assessments collected by the Enumerators
Assist in the monitoring of the distribution process (Screening, Card reception, training, and team responsiveness)
In coordination with the Field Assistant ensure effective and efficient documentation of all collected data and records related to the CFE beneficiaries and field activities while making sure that it is maintained properly and dealt with in a highly confidential manner and collected in a timely manner;
Coordinate closely with the Program Coordinator in field implementation
Coordinate closely with the Program team and field staff on organization and conducting of field visits
Ensure that all data is stored efficiently electronically and hard copy when needed
In coordination with the Program Manager assist in the development of Monitoring and Evaluation procedures to monitor the CFE Component of the Project
Create and monitor data-bases for all program activities in relation to the CFE component
Participate in RI trainings conducted in relation to monitoring of activities
Submit the necessary field-reporting documentation after every monitoring activity
Submit the necessary reports (online or narrative)
Assist the Program Manager in the M&E Quarterly report
Assist the Program Manager in conducting an impact analysis on the CFE component
Assist M&E Manager in the preparation of the Monthly Reports
Support the Program Coordinator in the preparation of the Bi-weekly Reports
Foster and maintain an effective, efficient and positive relationship with the beneficiaries, their families, local communities, RI’ project staff and governmental agencies;
