Internal Quality And Communication Officer – Resilience Program

  General Job Missions Represents and Guarantees that all the resilience staff have an accurate understanding of all the services provided by the program, the best practices in the field of child protection, and are aware and in line with the strategic objectives of the program Mission 1: Represents and Leads Best Interests of the Program internally  1-      Represents and Leads Best Interest of the Program in the Resilience Centre and the Regional offices. 2-      Attends all regional monthly meetings with the resilience program, in relevance to case management and care plans. 3-      Capacitate internally Senior case managers on case management and care plan issues. 4-      Works closely with both regional offices and resilience center to strengthen all communication procedures and follow-up on common cases. 5-      Elaborates a clear action plan with the Head of Centre and follows-up on it. 6-      Elaborates a clear action plan with Senior Case Managers in relevance to targets, shifts in regional locations, oracle database, administrative tasks, implementation of clear CP standards, and follows-up on it. 7-      Coordinates directly with External Quality and Communication Officer for all project proposals. 8-      Ensures the Evaluation of the probation period for all the professionals within the regional offices. Mission 2: Coordinates with all relevant units in every aspect related to Case Management 1-      Coordinates Priorities with the Capacity Building Unit and Follows-Up Deadlines 2-      Ensures in close collaboration with M&E that all Monitoring Tools and guidelines in relevance to the Oracle database and the Administrative tasks are respected.  3-      Validates and Strengthens Internal Procedures related to Volunteering or Internships in the Program in close collaboration with HR   Mission 3: Reviews’ and Collaborates on all printable and visibility material of the Program   Mission 4: Participates in all the strategic planning within the program   Mission 5: Submits Monthly report to program manager
