GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the FSL Head of Project, the FSL Field Officer will directly work with refugees communities and direct beneficiaries of ACF Lebanon through distributions and continuous monitoring activities of the food security and livelihood project. S/He will work in close coordination with the field staff of other ongoing ACF programs in the area. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Knowledge in food security and livelihoods Familiarity with food security and livelihood interventions, and humanitarian assessment is prefered Good team worker, good listener, high communication skills Excellent Arabic mandatory, English an asset  Good skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook and smartphones DETAILED OBJECTIVES AND TASKS Objective 1 : To ensure timely and qualitative implementation of ACF cash-based interventions Organize the distribution of e-cards (reception, list preparation, identification of distribution centers, information of beneficiaries,distribution of e-cards during distribution days) ** Perform monitoring visits to the program beneficiaries using the tools developped/provided by ACF ** Represent and explain the project and its objectives correctly to the beneficiaries under the guidance of the HoP ** Conduct shop assessments, monitor the shops performance, prices, use of e-cards, availability of food varieties, good qualities and standards ** Maintain constant contact with beneficiaries (receive their requests, provide available information...) ** Be committed to participate in any other task in order to achieve the project's goals ** Provide written and verbal reportsto the Head of Project within an agreed period of time. Objective 2 : Security Respect the security rules specified in the mission and base security plan and perform the security management tasks that can be assigned in its protocols ** Communicate to the security managers of the working location any security related information or non-compliance with the security plan Objective 3 : Support to ACF humanitarian goals Support on going programs emergency interventions, as per the employee's capacities ** Support any activity that helps achieving ACF humanitarian goals, as per the employee's capacities ** Support ACF assessment and monitoring activities in particular
