The information to be processed is related to past procurements and will be used to establish the performance of the purchasing that has been done over the last year (all projects/ all departments)

Requisition (for purchase/ quotation)

· Date prepared
· Date received
· Category/ description
· Requested delivery deadline
Other clerical tasks as required by the line manager.
