Environmental Researcher And Trainer

JOB SUMMARY An environmental NGO is looking for an Environmental Researcher and Trainer for a public environmental awareness campaign. The Researcher and Trainer will be reporting to the Project Manager and he will be handling the research needed for the project and the materials to be produced. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES           ·            Develop research methods and systems that are best fit for the environment that are being researched          ·            Use observations, samples, and specimens to collect data          ·            Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders through a variety of media channels   JOB TERMS 2 months (6 hours/day) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / JOB RELATED SKILLS          ·            Minimum of 3+ years of experience in environmental projects          ·            Background in Biology and Environmental Studies, Engineering or Sciences          ·            Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, meet deadlines and work with attention to detail          ·            Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus          ·            Excellent reporting, communication and interpersonal skills
