Context:
ALLC International House Beirut is looking for a Center Administrator to ensure a smooth and efficient admin operation at its center in Tyre. The center administrator will work closely with the Lead Administrator and Academic Management at the headquarters in Sin El-Fil.
Tasks:
Communicate with students face to face, on phone and by email
Use and manage a students’ database
Register students
Provide administrative support to teachers and academic management team in Sin El Fil
Organize academic documents
Help in monitoring and evaluation
Report to the Lead Administrator in the main branch
Prepare reports
Check books and supplies stock
Coordinate with the marketing team to give ideas and monitor marketing activities in Tyre
Ideal Profile:
Previous administrative experience
Excellent at communication skills on the phone and face to face
Fluent in English and Arabic
Proficient at using Excel and Word
Enthusiastic team player
Flexible and proactive
Problem solver
Good time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
Experience required:
2 to 3 years previous experience preferably in an educational institution
