Participate actively in elaborating a monthly plan and the implementation in the
designated geographical areas and lobby for non-violent conflict resolution within local
host communities and Syrian refugee communities.
Promote the project to the local communities and key stakeholders and try to reach out
to new people who might be interested in participating in the project
Communicate regularly with local communities and key stakeholders in their city /
village
Conduct a comprehensive needs assessment for the assigned camps or area by reaching
different communities, stakeholder and other relevant actors
Provides his/her recommendation and elaborates solution regarding the needs
assessment and which have been approved by the superior.
Prioritize the needs and conflicts which have to be addressed and create an action plan
Responsible to carry out projects by designing and implementing an action plan in order
to work on the problems in the assigned camp or area.
Involve key stakeholders in addressing conflicts and implementing of the action plan,
invite them to meetings
Set up procedures and working groups to institutionalize the way of meeting needs and
address conflicts („mechanism“)
Revise and improve the mechanism in the second year of the project
Planning, executing and evaluating social activities within the team
Provide periodical reports regarding the tasks achievements to the coordinator
Attend the trainings cycle provided by ForumZFD and apply the new skills of the
trainings sessions
