Human Resources & Administration Coordinator

The HR & Administration Coordinator reports direcly to the Country Manager and technically to the Regional HR Officer on HR issues and to the Finance Officer on Finance issues. The incumbent's main role is to provide HR services to the Human Resources, facilitate the recruitment and selection of staff, support the capacity building and development of staff. He/she is also responsible for the administration functions supporting a specific project.  Responsibilities:  1. Human Resources Management including: - Recruitment and selection - Staff Orientation  - Staff files  - Leave/vacation management  - Payroll and HR Information Management  - Performance Management and staff development  - Employee Services  - General HR as requested  2. Administrative Support  3. Finance Support  Minimum Qualifications:  BA in Human Resources, social sciences, management, public relations, or other related discipline  Experience:  3 years experience within an I/NGO including HR administration.  Languages: Fluency in spoken and written arabic and english languages.
