Registered Nurse palliative care

Career Profile Department personnel rely on their responsible as the communication link between the organization and other entities involved in the normal course & science. RN supports the flow of work and dissemination of information within the organization. They manage communications, draft correspondence and other business memoranda, create presentations, proofread, edit and format business documents, schedule meetings and coordinate office functions. RN also receive telephone calls, confirm appointment, conduct control, scan and print publications and compile materials related to nurses.

Administrative Duties

- Responsible of patient present in the center

- Assure the needed nursing care for all patients

- Establish an individualised nursing care plan

- Manage the medical record and the electronic medical record of patients

- Followup the work and the tasks of the nursing team: Nurses and practical nurses

- Make sure all the needed care is offered to all patients.

- Responsible of medication administration

- Team leader of all critical cases that occur with the patients

- communicate with the treating and consulting physicians and report all the informations of patients.

- Examine on daily bases of all the patients body systems

- Document all necessary data on patients file
