Gbv Consultant / Men’S Centers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -          In coordination with the GBV Program Manager at IMC, provide technical support to improve gender sensitive psychosocial services provided at different Men Centers supported by IMC. The services target refugees and the host community. . -          Organize regular meetings with the GBV team at IMC to provide technical support on engaging men and boys in ending violence against women, dealing with men presenting abusive behavior and male survivors of GBV. -          Provide regular feedback to the IMC/Abaad management teams regarding the challenges and recommendations. . -          Conduct training sessions as needed on issues related to gender roles, masculinities and other related issues. Deliverables: -          Submit a monthly planning to the GBV Program Manager.   -          Submit a monthly report detailing the activities, challenges and recommendations.
